- How often should I get my artificial turf cleaned?
- For most Southern Utah homes, a professional deep clean every 3 to 6 months keeps the turf looking and smelling fresh. If you have pets, we recommend a quarterly membership because pet urine builds up faster than most homeowners realize, especially in the summer heat.
- Will the cleaning hurt my pets or kids?
- No. We use commercial-grade enzyme cleaners that are non-toxic, biodegradable, and pet-safe. Families and dogs can be back on the turf within one to two hours after the cleaning is done.
- How much does a professional turf cleaning cost?
- We offer three deep-clean tiers: Fresh Start at $249, Deep Clean at $349, and The Works at $549. Each covers up to 1,000 square feet, then $0.40 per square foot above that, with yards over 1,800 square feet on a custom quote. Buy a clean once with no commitment, or put any tier on an Always Spotless membership and save up to 20% per visit: members pay from $199 per clean, charged after each visit across a one-year plan. - Do you offer a guarantee on pet odor?
- Yes. Every deep clean with the Spotless Odor Cure enzyme treatment carries a 100-day pet-odor guarantee: if the smell comes back within 100 days, we re-spray free, no questions asked. A Deep Clean or The Works membership goes further with an unlimited odor-back guarantee: zero odor between visits or we re-treat free, no time limit. Fresh Start is our light-maintenance tier without the enzyme, so it carries a satisfaction guarantee, unless you add the enzyme, which brings the 100-day odor guarantee on the treated areas.
- Do you pick up dog waste too, or just clean the turf?

We do both, so one company keeps your whole backyard handled on one bill. Weekly poop pickup is an optional add-on you can attach to any turf plan, starting at $35 per week for one dog.
- What actually causes artificial turf to smell like urine?
- The urine itself does not stay on the fibers. It drains through the turf and settles in the infill below, where bacteria break it down into ammonia and other compounds. Heat makes that process faster, which is why St. George summers make the smell so much worse. Rinsing with a hose spreads the problem; only an enzyme treatment actually breaks down the compounds.
