- Do I pay monthly, or every time you come?
- You pay per visit, and only after we have cleaned. Always Spotless charges your card the member price after each clean, so there is nothing up front and nothing owed in the months between visits. We clean on your schedule, quarterly or bi-annual: a quarterly Fresh Start is $199 per clean, and a quarterly Deep Clean is $279 per clean.
- How does membership billing work?
- Always Spotless is a one-year plan. You pick a tier and a cleaning rhythm, and we charge the member price after each visit. Fresh Start is $199 per clean on the quarterly plan or $212 bi-annual; Deep Clean is $279 quarterly or $297 bi-annual; The Works is $439 quarterly or $467 bi-annual. The member discount is baked into those prices (20% on quarterly, 15% on bi-annual) and is yours as long as you complete the year.
- What if I cancel partway through the year?
- You can cancel anytime. When you do, we charge the difference between the member price and the regular one-time price for the cleans you have already had, since the discount is for completing the year. On a Fresh Start clean that is $50 per visit. You are never charged for cleans we have not done, there is no early-termination fee, and nothing to chase down.
- What is the difference between a one-time clean and a membership?
- A one-time clean is exactly that: you pay the full price once, with no commitment, which is great for trying us out or a yard that only needs the occasional reset. A membership is a one-year plan that keeps your turf clean on a schedule and saves you up to 20% on every clean (20% on quarterly, 15% on bi-annual), paid per visit. All three tiers can go on a membership, starting at $199 per clean for Fresh Start. The Deep Clean and The Works memberships also add an unlimited odor-back guarantee. Commit and save, or stay flexible and pay full price.
- Do members get a better guarantee?
- Yes, on the tiers built around odor control. A one-time Deep Clean or The Works carries our 100-day pet-odor guarantee, and putting either on an Always Spotless membership upgrades that to an unlimited odor-back guarantee with no time limit, so as long as you are on the plan, you get zero odor between visits or we re-treat free. Fresh Start is our light-maintenance tier without the enzyme treatment, so it carries a satisfaction guarantee rather than an odor guarantee, unless you add the enzyme, which brings the 100-day odor guarantee on the treated areas.
- Can I add weekly poop pickup to my membership?
