- What's included in a Spotless Turf Care deep clean?
- A Deep Clean or The Works visit includes debris and pet hair removal, a full Spotless Odor Cure enzyme sanitize, power brushing to rebloom the fibers, an infill depth check, and a photo report delivered by email. Fresh Start is our light-maintenance tier: it covers the brushing, debris removal, and surface deodorize, with the enzyme available as a $79 add-on. You do not need to be home, and most visits take about two hours.
- How long does a deep clean take?
- Most yards are finished in 60 to 120 minutes depending on square footage and condition. Heavily matted or heavily soiled turf takes longer because we make a second sanitize pass on hotspot areas.
- What cleaning solutions do you use?
- We use a commercial-grade enzyme sanitize that is biodegradable, non-toxic, and safe for pets and kids. It breaks urine down at the molecular level instead of just masking the smell. We do not use bleach, vinegar, or harsh surfactants because all three damage turf fibers.
- Do I need to be home when you clean?
- No. As long as we can access the backyard, you do not have to be home. We text a 30-minute heads-up before arrival and send a full photo report after the visit so you can see exactly what we did.
- How soon can I use the turf after cleaning?
- The enzyme sanitize needs time to soak in and do its work, so we let it dwell while we handle the rest of the yard. Kids and pets can be back on the turf safely after about 2 hours.
- Can I clean my own artificial turf instead?
- You can rinse debris and spot-clean accidents, and that keeps your turf healthy between professional cleans. But consumer-grade cleaners do not neutralize urine compounds the way commercial enzymes do, and a garden hose cannot power-brush matted fibers or redistribute infill. For pet odor especially, DIY is a temporary fix at best.
- Do you clean fake grass and astroturf, or only artificial turf?
- We clean all of it, whatever you call it. Artificial turf, synthetic grass, fake grass, and older astroturf are the same job to us: pull the debris and pet odor out of the infill below the blades, rebloom the fibers, and top up the infill. If it is a synthetic lawn or backyard putting green, we clean it.
