- Does the guarantee cover new pet damage?
- No. The guarantee covers recurrence on the areas we treated, based on the conditions at the time of our original visit. If you introduce a new pet after we treat, or if new hotspot areas develop from changes in pet behavior, those count as new damage and need a fresh treatment (at our standard rates).
- What if my turf smells like mildew or something other than urine?
- The guarantee specifically covers pet-odor recurrence. Other odors (mildew from drainage issues, dead plant material, neighboring property sources) need a separate diagnosis. We can still help, but it falls under a paid service call rather than the guarantee.
- Does the guarantee transfer if I sell my house?
- Yes, within the original 100-day window. If you sell during the guarantee period, the new owners can file a claim on the remaining days. They just need to provide the original service date and address.
- Why 100 days instead of 30 or a full year?
- 100 days is long enough to cover the real risk window for the Spotless Odor Cure treatment (if it is going to fail, it fails within the first 60 to 90 days).
