The founding ten

We're brand new. That's your discount.

Spotless Turf Care launched this summer, and we won't pretend otherwise. Nobody in St. George can vouch for us yet, so instead of asking you to take our word for it, we're making our first ten yards a deal we would take ourselves. A $49 deposit holds your spot, comes straight off your final bill, and you can refund or reschedule it with 24 hours notice. Every founding clean still carries the full 100-day pet-odor guarantee on enzyme-treated turf.

Why the smell keeps coming back

The odor is in the infill, not on the blades

Dog urine drains through the synthetic grass and settles in the infill underneath. Bacteria break it down into ammonia, and St. George heat speeds the whole thing up. Surface temps over 160°F bake that odor right into the base, below the blades where you cannot reach it.

A garden hose makes it worse: water pushes the urine deeper, then it dries and heats up and comes back stronger. The only thing that removes the odor is an enzyme that breaks the compounds down where they live.

How we work

The Spotless Method

It starts with a walk-through and quote: we check the turf, find the urine hotspots, and confirm the scope so there are no surprises on the bill. Then we run the same five-step deep clean on every yard. Most jobs take about two hours, and you do not need to be home.

  1. Debris and pet-hair removal

We pull leaves, dust, and pet hair off the surface and out of the fibers before any treatment.

  2. Spotless Odor Cure enzyme deep-sanitize

We apply the enzyme so it soaks into the infill and breaks down the urine compounds at the source.

  3. Extraction and power-brush fiber rebloom

We extract what the enzyme lifts, then power-brush the matted blades back upright.

  4. Infill top-up and check

We top up the odor-control infill where it is thin and check the depth across the yard.

  5. Inspection and photo report

We inspect the work and email before-and-after photos, so you can let pets back on the grass in about two hours.

The Spotless difference

One team, or two vendors and two bills

In St. George the scooping services do not clean turf, and the turf cleaners do not scoop. Hire both and you are juggling two companies for one backyard. We do both.

One team, or two vendors and two bills
Feature Two vendors Recommended Spotless Turf Care
Turf deep clean and enzyme odor removal Yes
Weekly pet-waste pickup Yes
Handled by one team, on one bill No
Instant published price, no sales call needed Two quotes to chase
Photo report after every visit Depends on the vendor
One 100-day guarantee owns the result No

Two separate companies can both do good work. The problem is the seam between them: two invoices, two schedules, and nobody owning the result when the smell comes back. One team closes that gap.

Spotless, guaranteed

If the smell comes back within 100 days, so do we.
The 100-day pet-odor guarantee on every deep clean. Always Spotless memberships add an unlimited odor-back guarantee, no time limit. Read the guarantee
  • For most Southern Utah homes, a professional deep clean every 3 to 6 months keeps the turf looking and smelling fresh. If you have pets, we recommend a quarterly membership because pet urine builds up faster than most homeowners realize, especially in the summer heat.

  • No. We use commercial-grade enzyme cleaners that are non-toxic, biodegradable, and pet-safe. Families and dogs can be back on the turf within one to two hours after the cleaning is done.

  • We offer three deep-clean tiers: Fresh Start at $249, Deep Clean at $349, and The Works at $549. Each covers up to 1,000 square feet, then $0.40 per square foot above that, with yards over 1,800 square feet on a custom quote. Buy a clean once with no commitment, or put any tier on an Always Spotless membership and save up to 20% per visit: members pay from $199 per clean, charged after each visit across a one-year plan. You can add weekly poop pickup to any clean or membership from $35 per week. See our pricing page for a full breakdown with no hidden fees.

  • Yes. Every deep clean with the Spotless Odor Cure enzyme treatment carries a 100-day pet-odor guarantee: if the smell comes back within 100 days, we re-spray free, no questions asked. A Deep Clean or The Works membership goes further with an unlimited odor-back guarantee: zero odor between visits or we re-treat free, no time limit. Fresh Start is our light-maintenance tier without the enzyme, so it carries a satisfaction guarantee, unless you add the enzyme, which brings the 100-day odor guarantee on the treated areas.

  • Both, and that is what makes us different in St. George. The poop-scooping services here do not clean turf, and the turf cleaners do not scoop. We do both, so one company keeps your whole backyard handled on one bill. Weekly poop pickup is an optional add-on you can attach to any turf plan, starting at $35 per week for one dog.

  • The urine itself does not stay on the fibers. It drains through the turf and settles in the infill below, where bacteria break it down into ammonia and other compounds. Heat makes that process faster, which is why St. George summers make the smell so much worse. Rinsing with a hose spreads the problem; only an enzyme treatment actually breaks down the compounds.
