Fair questions about a big discount
- Why is the discount this big?
- Because we're new and we know it. We launched this summer, and the first yards we clean in St. George do more for us than full-price jobs would: they prove the work. So the first ten yards get a deal we would take ourselves, and the discount steps down as the spots fill.
- Is the founding clean the same service as the regular one?
- Identical. Same equipment, same Spotless Odor Cure enzyme chemistry on Deep Clean and The Works, same photo report, and the same 100-day pet-odor guarantee on enzyme-treated turf. The only thing that changes is the price.
- What happens after the ten founding yards are gone?
- Standard published pricing applies, exactly as shown on the packages page. The founding ladder is a launch offer, not a negotiating tactic: when the spots are gone, they're gone.
- Can I combine this with an Always Spotless membership?
- Yes. The founding discount applies to your first clean. If you join Always Spotless after seeing the result, the regular member pricing takes over from your next visit, and you can cancel anytime.
- What if I need to cancel my deposit?
- The $49 deposit is refundable or reschedulable with 24 hours notice, no questions asked. If we complete your clean, it simply comes off the final bill.
